Describing an Ailment

Describe an ailment to the doctor…well doctor, I have this pain right here next to my shoulder blade.  I got it when I was moving my arm back and forth for about an hour, pointing at the board, pointing at the students, pointing at the board, pointing at the students.  After an hour, I just had this  sharp pain in my back and in my neck as if someone were stabbing me with this pen, and I don’t know what to do about it.

Hello doctor.  Yes my reason for being here is that I played tennis the other day, and, in serving, I feel that I had overextended my shoulder, and I have a pain in my shoulder, and it’s difficult to rotate my arm, and I wonder if I have damaged something, and I would like you to have a look at it.  I have put some ointment on it to reduce in, but it doesn’t seem to help, and so that is my reason for being here.

I have pains in my stomach.  They hurt right over my ribs.  They’re killing me.  They hurt.  Excruciating!
